  • Idea Generation

    • Now Ideas are generated against each Problem Element
    • The Idea Generation can be done as a group or individual exercise

  • Stakeholders

    • Identify All the Stakeholders that influence the problem or could be impacted by any solution
    • Stakeholders are of two types
      • Sponsoring Stakeholder – i.e. one thatis sponsoring the problem Solving Exercise and
      • Non-Sponsoring Stakeholders –i.e. those that not part of the sponsoring Stakeh

  • Problem Statement or Goal

    • State the Problem or Goal in one sentence
    • Here we are concerned with complex, unstructured problem and examples are:
      • Reduce Corruption

      • Control Terrorism in XYZ area
      • Increase market share in an innovative man
